The Opportunity

With over $938 billion in assets under management, Apollo Global Management is one of the world's leading alternative asset managers and a pioneer in institutional credit. Tokenization has emerged as one of the most efficient ways to expand distribution and utility for traditional financial assets. Apollo's Diversified Credit Fund had previously been limited to a select few institutional investors and closed off to onchain capital. Apollo wanted to expand both the private credit asset class and its investor base, while global investors wanted access to innovative institutional credit strategies onchain.

The Solution

In September 2025, Plume, along with other leading tokenization firms, brought ACRDX onchain. Nest provided the institutional-grade vaults where qualified investors access yield and hold the position as nACRDX. Anemoy served as the asset manager, Centrifuge contributed tokenization rails, and Grove anchored the launch with a $50 million deployment. Plume served as the home for the fund, as its infrastructure and the regulatory architecture enabled institutional deployment, sequencer-level compliance, and multi-chain access.

The Results

Plume and Nest opened access to ACRDX as nACRDX: an institutional-grade, programmable vault on Nest, enabling the fund to directly reach — onchain investors on Plume. The fund marks one of the first times institutional-grade credit has been made available to a broad onchain investor base.
